Room Reservations

Pacific Tower, located at the crossroads of I-5 and I-90, is a perfect place for board meetings, program gatherings, fundraisers and other important events. Nonprofit rates make these spaces affordable for organizations.

We have multiple rooms available for rental, including the Panoramic Center and the smaller Meeting Rooms.

General Public

Public renters can check the online room calendar for availability prior to submitting a request.

To reserve for weekday daytime events in either the Meeting Rooms or Panoramic Center, (7:00AM to 6:00PM Monday – Friday), submit a reservation request by emailing PacTowerAdmin@urbanrengroup.com.

• Be sure to review the detailed information about room rentals: For General Public (pdf). Please take particular note of the insurance requirements, rules regarding catering and food, and requirements for setup and cleanup.

Please note that the Meeting Rooms are unavailable to the General Public for evening or weekend rentals.
