Friends of Pacific Tower

The vision for the Pacific Tower Community Health and Innovation Center can only be realized through contributions from public agencies, foundations, corporate philanthropy, and individuals. Extensive renovation of the historic landmark building have been needed to protect the asset, upgrade its systems to conserve energy and convert interior spaces into the labs, classrooms, offices, and clinical facilities needed by the College and other partner organizations. The total budget for these renovations is some $58 million.

To date, 95% of the needed funds have been secured through State capital funding, federal tax credits, local government contributions, and generous donations from foundations and individual philanthropists. A capital campaign is now underway to secure the final $3.2 million needed to complete the capital improvements. If you are interested in learning more about becoming a “Friend of Pacific Tower” by making a contribution of any amount toward that goal, or about the opportunities to name important spaces in the building in honor of someone, please contact Karen Flink at [email protected], or by calling 206-223-7660, extension 108.
