Reserving Meeting Rooms

Public
  • Suites 820 and 810 are only available to the public during weekday, daytime hours (7:30 AM to 4 PM Monday –  Friday), in conjunction with the Panoramic Center.
  • Public renters can check the online room calendar for availability, then submit a reservation request by emailing PacTowerAdmin@urbanrengroup.com.
  • Weekday daytime use of meeting rooms can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance.  4 hour minimum rental required.
Tenants
  • Pacific Tower tenants have access to meeting rooms on weekends, evenings, and holidays, as long as the rooms are not required by FareStart, in addition to daytime use.  Reservation requests may be submitted using our online room reservation system
  • Pacific Tower tenants have priority for scheduling if they schedule between 13-19 months in advance.
